Now Available - Upgrade for AC Trimmers

The LTU4000 is the latest leak detector for “Uniloy” (flat-bed) and other indexed-conveyor deflash trimmers fitted with AC (110V) control systems. It is an evolution of the LTU2000, and shares the same advanced electronics, new 10" color touchscreen and specification as the LTU8000 — the only essential difference is the power supply and machine interface: the LTU4000 is for 110V AC trimmers, the LTU8000 for 24V DC trimmers.

The connectors and voltages are compatible with the LT2, LTU2000 and LTU6000, so an existing installation can be upgraded simply by exchanging the front panel assembly. The LTU4000 is available as a complete system, or with the existing test head assembly and piping retained.

The AC machine interface is built directly into the single main PCB — solid state relays ensure no moving parts during operation, improving reliability — so the separate AC interface option module required by the DC models is not needed.
