For example, an integrated container handling system with collating table, leak detector, bottle turner, conveyor system and takeout equipment can all be run from a single control panel. This provides a complete turnkey handling system with substantial cost savings.
Leak Detection
A complete range of leak detectors is available, covering the spectrum from simple manually operated units to 240 bottles per minute conveyor fed machines.

Our proven control systems can be fitted with up to 16 channels of leak detection, enabling very high throughput. We use the latest pneumatic and electronic components to provide industry leading performance.

Collating Tables
These perform semi-automatic packing of bottles into standard cardboard trays. This allows a single operator to look after many lines. The saving in
labor cost quickly pays for the machine. Quality is also improved since more time is available for inspection. Various models and sizes are available, with integrated leak detection as an option.
